I’m Coach Matt Strong, a late-diagnosed ADHDer, parent, and qualified coach based in London.
After being diagnosed, I threw myself into learning everything I could about ADHD and the techniques that actually help in real life. As I began to understand my brain and manage things more effectively, I realised how many other adults were struggling in the same way I had for years.
That led me to coaching. Now I help adults with ADHD understand themselves better, cut through the chaos, and create practical systems that work with their brains and their strengths.
Lived experience of severe ADHD and parenting a neurodiverse child.
Focused on kind, practical support with no shame and no judgement.
A continually developing ADHD coach with completed certified training, plus diplomas in ADHD Coaching and Advanced ADHD Coaching, both achieved with distinction.
Committed to ongoing professional development and currently working towards accreditation with the Universal Coaching Alliance and the Association for Coaching.
How coaching works
The coaching process is simple, structured, and built to feel manageable. It starts with a free initial chat where we talk through what’s going on for you and what you’d like support with. If we decide to work together, we agree on a clear focus and begin regular sessions, usually weekly or fortnightly. Each session is guided but flexible, giving you space to talk things through, identify what’s getting in the way, and create small, realistic actions to move you forward. Between sessions, you’ll apply what we’ve discussed in your day-to-day life, with gentle accountability to keep things on track. As we go, we review what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and build simple systems that support you long term, so the progress you make actually sticks.
